I'm a loving mother who will never surrender to tyranny til I recover my stolen daughter! I drove to the Overland City Police Department today in Overland, Missouri hoping to speak with the captain. The captain and all officers refuse to speak with me. Instead he sent his messenger Corporal Schulte. I had someone with me and my father was on the phone listening to the conversation. I asked her to look at the custody order. She stated she was told by her captain and supervisor not to even look at my legal court documents. At some point I asked for the captain or supervisor. She told me that they sent her to talk to me and that the captain will not come out to speak to me. She stated that I'm doing what was ordered, "don't shoot the messenger"! I asked her for something in writing as to why they will not execute my custody order signed and ordered by a judge for Riley to return home. Corporal Schulte stated she will ask but she does not think no one will write a word. By the smirk on Corporal Schulte's face it was obvious she already knew nor do they care! They're all in cahoots to serve and to protect the guilty who are concealing my baby from me.

At some point after I filed an official complaint against this police department for obstructing justice. I then called Missouri State Highway Patrol for help. Missouri State Highway Patrol actually came out to get to the bottom of all this. At last I was sure I found real help. Riley and I will soon be reunited. My heart was pounding along with anxiety, but only to be shattered once again. After about twenty minutes Missouri State Highway Patrol finally came out those OCPD doors only to tell me wait until court Monday. I've should of known better when I was asked to wait outside, keeping me in the dark with no opportunity for rebuttal against this Overland City Police Department who serves and protects these grandparents who conceals MY daughter away from me, knowingly I have a custody order signed by Judge Troy Cardona, so Riley can come home with mommy where she belongs.

DJO Sarah Renschen, social worker Heather Graham, of St. Louis County Family Court steels my baby then days later gives her to the abusers parents concealing her from me. My own attorney Rick Blanke who took six thousand dollars from my family failed to reunite us! He told me wanted more money! How many more thousands or tens of thousands did this man want to recover my baby from tyrants? / Extortion. 1. an act or instance of extorting. 2. Ina and Michael I feel and know you are sick people to keep Riley from her mommy! You are sick, sick, sick!! Your son did the UNTHINKABLE! Then to hide behind your buddies, Overland Missouri Police Department to protect him and conceal MY baby girl from her loving mother for your own greed is just plain sick and wrong. Have you folks ingested to much fluoride? Riley is 2 years old and one day she will read my blog, then the truth will prevail! What is Wrong with this Family!

IS OVERLAND POLICE PROTECTING THEIR FRIENDS THE OAKES FAMILY AND OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE? MAKE YOUR OWN BABIES! I CARRIED HER IN MY TUMMY FOR 9 MONTHS AND RAISED HER FOR 2 1/2 YEARS. I AM A PROUD PARENT! The grandparents of Riley on the fathers side have held my daughter from me starting Dec. 21, 2010. They have refused to answer my calls or my emails concerning the safe return of my daughter. Heather Graham and Sarah Renschen of Clayton County, MO have once again destroyed a family. They did not call me or attempt to call me, the mommy, the non offending parent when they decided to drop charges on the father simply because the Overland, MO PD said they did not believe he did it! 12-25-2010 I went to see my sweet girl, do a safety welfare check on Riley, and to be with her on Christmas. I brought with me her Christmas presents along with diapers and money for provisions. Overland police officer J. Stevens along with Ina and Michael refused to let me do a safety check or see her!

I went on Dec. 27th, 2010 to show my custody order to the Overland City Police Dept My Aunt and Uncle were with me. I called Overland City Police Dept to ask them to meet me at the home of the grandparents. That is where Riley is being held. The dispatcher said officers were on their way. The father was Not at the home of his mother at that time. An Overland police officer stopped at the stop sign some 10 yards away from the home. He made a left instead of coming right to the home where he could see we were waiting for an officer. Seconds after the father came hurling down the road and parked in front of the home got out and went inside, Right then the officer came back from where he had turned and pulled up in front of the home.

It was officer J. Stevens who then got out, walked over to the car that I was sitting in and snatched the order of custody from the hands of my Uncle and walked to the home to speak to the grandparents in whom are holding my daughter from me. I got out of the car to smoke. Another officer came down the driveway grabbed me by the arm and told me he was arresting me. I asked for what? He said for a traffic ticket warrant and for violating an ex parte. I refreshed his memory telling him I did not violate anything. He refused to read me my rights as he hand cuffed me. when I got to the very small police department officer J.Stevens tried to get me to speak to him. I simply said you have not read me my rights. And his response was "I don't have to." By the next day the officers told me that I was going to be released at 6:45pm to St. Louis Police. I told him that my family has paid the ticket warrant. He said "well its still active in our computer so", then he walked off. Later I heard the father/abuser pull up to the department in his very loud car. I could hear him say Hey, Hey and some officer said I need you to fill out a complaint. Minutes later J. Stevens came in telling me that the prosecuting attorney was charging me with violation of an ex parte!!!!! I asked him how I violated it, and he could not answer me. I then asked well if I'm being charged with this than I have a bail. J. Stevens said the prosecuting attorney has not had a chance to look at it yet.

Long story short officer J. Stevens wanted me to be held in the police department jail for as long as they could hold me there.

Days after my release I went to Central St. Louis County Sheriffs Department, showed them the custody order. They said they would have to call Overland, PD to let them know we were going to go look for Riley.

The two officers did escort me to the home of the grandparents to find Riley, only to find that no one was home or answered the door. Nothing accomplished. No justice. No peace of mind.

It is not right to favor the guilty and keep the innocent from receiving justice.

The grandparents are committing a criminal act of Child Custody Interference which is just plain cruel, malicious, and wrong to steal, deprive and erase a child's sweet memories from their loving mother.

WITH CRUEL INTENT TO CAUSE EMOTIONAL HARM RILEY IS BEING WRONGFULLY ISOLATED, CONCEALED FROM ME BY THE GRANDPARENTS WITH PROTECTION FROM OVERLAND MISSOURI POLICE. RILEY IS TWO YEARS OLD. Earlier today I drove to the central police of St Louis County. They were reluctant to go help me get Riley cause it is not in there jurisdiction. Yet they looked at the document I have for custody. With one officer driving in front and one behind me we drove to the grandmothers house.

Nobody was there so then they followed me to his house. They were not there either. The officers left. I then drove to the neighborhood of another home and, without driving down the street could see from the main road that nobody was home.

When I got off work my aunt and I went back to the central police and this time they said they could not help because again it was out of their jurisdiction. :( The officer told me that I need to go to Overland City Police tomorrow and ask for the watchman officer. Then if he will not execute the order........

Riley mommy is so sorry the world is corrupt and you have to suffer. I'm sorry people are keeping us apart. I'm so very sorry mommy can't be with you right now. I will be crushed Christmas Day without you my dear sweet angel.

The CPS steals children using the system paid for by citizens who believe it is being used to protect those in need. That is a fraud; the system actually pumps money into the personal accounts of all those involved in the system, converting children into cash while destroying them and their families. The number of children who emerge from the system, able to function normally, are near zero. Some are never seen again.

The system used includes three stages. The first phase is to shock and intimidate the parents into consenting to let their children be processed into the system. The second phase is to force parents, terrified for their children, to begin a process of 'case management.' That process is a template that is designed to push the parents into emotional meltdown and bankruptcy. The third phase is to sever the parental rights entirely and sell the children.

In the wake of this trauma families are atomized, destroyed. Parents and grandparents never again see the children who connect them to the future. Children lose their past and the anchoring each of us needs to develop into a healthy human.
