January 31st I went to court for my TRO and custody order in St.Louis Co. The custody order was signed by commissioner Troy Cardona of Jefferson county on Dec.27th. Later, Jan. 10th it was transferred to St.Louis County court. I would guess because Troy Cardona does not care for children and thats my feelings not a fact. The court room smelt of greed, money and mold. The man who abused my child was sitting to my left and was way to close. The Judge Douglas R. Beach did not hear anything about the case. Nor did he want to do the right thing and give me custody. He dismissed the case saying there was already a consent order between us. This Judge wanted me to sign an order so domestic relations could help me see my child. I'm not signing anything, so he ordered domestic relations to give me WEEKLY SUPERVISED visits with my sweet girl Riley. Judge Douglas Beach is treating me like im a criminal. Also the courts want me to submit to a psychic evaluation. Not once did this Judge show any care for my daughter and her safety. I am mommy. I have done nothing wrong and the family courts of St.Louis County have stolen my child and continued to disrespect my daughters right to be safe. If any at all, Justice in this court room is scarce. Has my God-given child in whom I have raised and loved all her life has been kidnaped!? Riley is growing, speaking and learning new things and I have missed so much. January 31st, 2011 I have court whom the fighting judge with no punch, Judge Troy Cardona transferred back to the secret St. Louis County Family Court, Will they once again suppress all hope for justice? I will predict without a doubt since mysteriously 6 days before court all links to this secret unjust St. Louis County Family Court plus many more that I have searched by Google are no longer found!!! Just a little over 2 weeks ago Monday January 10, 2011 in St. Louis County Family Court I was being judged by Phillip E. Jones, Sr. Family Court Commissioner?! I have not committed any crimes and I'm locked in a brutal court system! It's plain and simple. I want my daughter to whom I went through labor and gave birth to! She is mine!!!! I nourished, loved and mothered her for nearly 3 years.
All who protect this man Veselin are just as guilty as he. I stand my ground. I won't back down. He did what he did.

"Fighting Judge" Takes Punches For Guns' n Hoses

He is a man for whom justice has been a lifetime endeavor. But Jefferson County Judge Troy Cardona takes his beliefs about what is just far beyond the courtroom. When families of first responders take a hit, this "fighting judge" has chosen to hit back.

If this judge hits as hard as his child custody order than he's gotta a very weak punch. There are a few police departments who seems he hits like a weak joke, ignoring to execute his own child custody order. As a first responder, just a girl, a mother in need of justice, seems he's been hit back and knocked out cold right of the ring.

I went to court Monday January 10th, 2011 in Jefferson County for my temporary restraining order and custody. Judge Troy Cardona called us up to the bench. Veselin's lawyer Christopher Braeske went up to the judge and stated he was Veselin's lawyer and I was going pro se. He started going on and on telling the judge that I have been causing a big scene in Overland by trying to get my daughter back. I told the judge that I was not causing any scene. Can't this so-called big Fighting Judge see I'm just a girl and a young mother desperately trying to get my baby back who is wrongfully ripped away from her loving mother! I told the judge that we are here because the father Veselin. Judge Cardona did not want to hear anything. He said he was going to transfer the case to St. Louis County and appoint Joan Culture as GAL. Christopher Braeske asked the judge to write on the transfer that I did not have custody of Riley. The judge said no, he was just going to transfer the case. While waiting on the paper work from the clerks, Judge Cardona winked at Christopher Braeske. Again the judge did not want to hear anything about the case at hand. I strongly feels he favors injustice. What kind of man would keep and conceal any child away from their loving mother?

I'm a loving mother who will never surrender to tyranny til I recover my stolen daughter! I drove to the Overland City Police Department today in Overland, Missouri hoping to speak with the captain. The captain and all officers refuse to speak with me. Instead he sent his messenger Corporal Schulte. I had someone with me and my father was on the phone listening to the conversation. I asked her to look at the custody order. She stated she was told by her captain and supervisor not to even look at my legal court documents. At some point I asked for the captain or supervisor. She told me that they sent her to talk to me and that the captain will not come out to speak to me. She stated that I'm doing what was ordered, "don't shoot the messenger"! I asked her for something in writing as to why they will not execute my custody order signed and ordered by a judge for Riley to return home. Corporal Schulte stated she will ask but she does not think no one will write a word. By the smirk on Corporal Schulte's face it was obvious she already knew nor do they care! They're all in cahoots to serve and to protect the guilty who are concealing my baby from me.

At some point after I filed an official complaint against this police department for obstructing justice. I then called Missouri State Highway Patrol for help. Missouri State Highway Patrol actually came out to get to the bottom of all this. At last I was sure I found real help. Riley and I will soon be reunited. My heart was pounding along with anxiety, but only to be shattered once again. After about twenty minutes Missouri State Highway Patrol finally came out those OCPD doors only to tell me wait until court Monday. I've should of known better when I was asked to wait outside, keeping me in the dark with no opportunity for rebuttal against this Overland City Police Department who serves and protects these grandparents who conceals MY daughter away from me, knowingly I have a custody order signed by Judge Troy Cardona, so Riley can come home with mommy where she belongs.

The grandparents of Riley on the fathers side have held my daughter from me starting Dec. 21, 2010. They have refused to answer my calls or my emails concerning the safe return of my daughter. Heather Graham and Sarah Renschen of Clayton County, MO have once again destroyed a family. They did not call me or attempt to call me, the mommy, the non offending parent when they decided to drop charges on the father simply because the Overland, MO PD said they did not believe he did it! 12-25-2010 I went to see my sweet girl, do a safety welfare check on Riley, and to be with her on Christmas. I brought with me her Christmas presents along with diapers and money for provisions. Overland police officer J. Stevens along with Ina and Michael refused to let me do a safety check or see her!

I went on Dec. 27th, 2010 to show my custody order to the Overland City Police Dept My Aunt and Uncle were with me. I called Overland City Police Dept to ask them to meet me at the home of the grandparents. That is where Riley is being held. The dispatcher said officers were on their way. The father was Not at the home of his mother at that time. An Overland police officer stopped at the stop sign some 10 yards away from the home. He made a left instead of coming right to the home where he could see we were waiting for an officer. Seconds after the father came hurling down the road and parked in front of the home got out and went inside, Right then the officer came back from where he had turned and pulled up in front of the home.

It was officer J. Stevens who then got out, walked over to the car that I was sitting in and snatched the order of custody from the hands of my Uncle and walked to the home to speak to the grandparents in whom are holding my daughter from me. I got out of the car to smoke. Another officer came down the driveway grabbed me by the arm and told me he was arresting me. I asked for what? He said for a traffic ticket warrant and for violating an ex parte. I refreshed his memory telling him I did not violate anything. He refused to read me my rights as he hand cuffed me. when I got to the very small police department officer J.Stevens tried to get me to speak to him. I simply said you have not read me my rights. And his response was "I don't have to." By the next day the officers told me that I was going to be released at 6:45pm to St. Louis Police. I told him that my family has paid the ticket warrant. He said "well its still active in our computer so", then he walked off. Later I heard the father/abuser pull up to the department in his very loud car. I could hear him say Hey, Hey and some officer said I need you to fill out a complaint. Minutes later J. Stevens came in telling me that the prosecuting attorney was charging me with violation of an ex parte!!!!! I asked him how I violated it, and he could not answer me. I then asked well if I'm being charged with this than I have a bail. J. Stevens said the prosecuting attorney has not had a chance to look at it yet.

Long story short officer J. Stevens wanted me to be held in the police department jail for as long as they could hold me there.

Days after my release I went to Central St. Louis County Sheriffs Department, showed them the custody order. They said they would have to call Overland, PD to let them know we were going to go look for Riley.

The two officers did escort me to the home of the grandparents to find Riley, only to find that no one was home or answered the door. Nothing accomplished. No justice. No peace of mind.

It is not right to favor the guilty and keep the innocent from receiving justice.

The grandparents are committing a criminal act of Child Custody Interference which is just plain cruel, malicious, and wrong to steal, deprive and erase a child's sweet memories from their loving mother.

Earlier today I drove to the central police of St Louis County. They were reluctant to go help me get Riley cause it is not in there jurisdiction. Yet they looked at the document I have for custody. With one officer driving in front and one behind me we drove to the grandmothers house.

Nobody was there so then they followed me to his house. They were not there either. The officers left. I then drove to the neighborhood of another home and, without driving down the street could see from the main road that nobody was home.

When I got off work my aunt and I went back to the central police and this time they said they could not help because again it was out of their jurisdiction. :( The officer told me that I need to go to Overland City Police tomorrow and ask for the watchman officer. Then if he will not execute the order........

The CPS steals children using the system paid for by citizens who believe it is being used to protect those in need. Riley loves to eat mash potatoes and broccoli. She loves to smile. At home with me she laughed at any given moment. Riley is as precious as they come! Lets put our hands together and pray for a quick safe return. Riley mommy loves you baby girl, and I miss you sooooo much!!

Why did these so called child protectors let this guy go and put you in his hands?!!!
I get home from work and I got a message from my lawyer Richard B. Blanke for me to call him. I call him right away. I put him on speaker phone so another person could hear what he had to say. Rick told me that he has good and maybe bad news. I beg him to tell me. He continues to beat around the bush. I tell him to just tell me. He told me that Sarah Renschen and Heather Graham have dropped all charges on the father. Rick continues to tell me that he thinks that they should release her to me.





Again NO charges where ever brought upon me nor is there or was there ever reason for any. I tell him I'm going to go get my baby right away from CPS. I'm going to go pick her up. He said wait a minute you can't just do that. I told him Riley should have never been taken from me in the first place and my rights have been violated severely from the moment she was taken away from me and during both court dates in November, so I'm going to go get my daughter right now. He again said I can not do that. That they would have to release her to me but I can't just pick her up!!!!

I had an appointment to be at by 6pm. This appointment would have proved something that Heather Graham and or Sarah Renschen did was false. I told him this and I said I need to go I have to be at this place. I also said I am stopping by the CPS office to pick up my baby. He told me that it was not in my best interest to do that and I should just let it go!! He continued to try to keep me on the phone. The call ended. I phoned him back and his secretary answered saying that he would have to call me when he got off the phone with Sarah Renschen.

So I waited. He called back about an hour later! Again I put him on speaker phone in front of a very creditable witness. His first words were I have about 8 bad things to tell you. Are you sitting down? I sat down and told him to tell me. He then broke the news that Sarah Renschen and or Heather Graham had already given RILEY TO THE FATHER THIS AFTERNOON!!!!!!! My feelings were indescribable. I demanded how Riley was given to the person who MOLESTED HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DEMANDED HE DO SOMETHING RIGHT NOW. Rick told me that there was little he or I could do unless my family paid him more money!!!! (he has been paid 5-6 grand so far with NO results to speak of) Again I demanded my child be taken out of that molesters hands. He told me that what they did was not right and they shouldn't just give the child to him.

He told me to travel down to Overland MO and ask for my child back by going to where the father is with Riley with an Overland police escort. I get in the car with another person and start to do what he says. On the way there trying to compose myself I called a wonderful Federal Government Investigator and Much More. He told me that this could be a set up and to turn around and get away from the area because the father of my child and I BOTH have a TRO, temporary restraining order on each other and I could and would be arrested!!!!!


THIS ALL HAPPENED THE DAY AFTER I SENT A LETTER REQUESTING ALL THE PAPER TRAILS OF EVERY DOCUMENT. AFTER I SAID I'M TAKING A STAND. MY FEELINGS ARE THAT YOU SARAH RENSCHEN, HEATHER GRAHAM AND ANOTHER I'M NOT GOING TO NAME YET ARE DIRTY, DOWN LOW COWARDS THAT STEAL BABIES AND DESTROYS THEIR LIFE USING THE WORDS FOR "THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD." YOU UNJUSTLY STOLE MY CHILD, KEPT HER FROM ME, TRAUMATIZED, CONFUSED, NEGLECTED HER FROM MEDICAL, THEN RELEASED HER TO THE FATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READERS REPLY AND PASS THIS PAGE ON. I AM A LOVING MOTHER THAT WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE BLESSED WITH AN ANGEL I NAMED RILEY. THEN SARAH RENSCHEN AND OR HEATHER GRAHAM I FEEL AND KNOW, PUT MY DAUGHTER IN DANGER AGAIN. Tyranny inside the St. Louis County Family Court Steels and Conceals Innocent Mothers 2-year-old Daughter.

The father molested my daughter Riley in front of me while holding me down on the couch by my neck. He stuck his finger where it should have never been shoved it in my mouth and told me that was the finger he used on her the night before!!!!!!!!!!!!! He threatened my life telling me that he couldn’t let me live. I was scared and shocked to say the least. The next day supposedly this girl I worked with called in a hot-line. After I made a report with the overland police department, we drove Riley to the hospital. Minutes after arriving home with Riley from the hospital (FYI diagnosis was sexual abuse), the father’s mom Ina Oaks showed up at the house. She told me she wasn’t on anybody’s side and I looked like I needed some sleep. She convinced me that if I needed sleep or anything I could call her. (the father was in jail) She left.
I later called Ina Oaks to watch Riley while I slept or figured out what I needed to do. She agreed to bring Riley home before the father’s release from jail. I called her later and asked why have you not called me and where is my daughter!?!!!! Ina Oaks said she would not return my child and told me that the father was out of jail and he was over there!! I told her to bring Riley home to me. Ina said “over my dead body”! I was begging her to bring Riley home. She said “what do you want Kim, do you want money”? I’ll give you 5 thousand dollars if you will just leave. I will raise her and you can do whatever it is you want to do! I told her I didn’t want her money and asked her why would she say that. I said I’m coming over to her home to pick my daughter up. I told her to get Riley away from that nasty man who molested her. When I got to their home I did not step foot on her property. Her husband Michael Oaks was outside and said he was calling the cops and I said please do. I told him to go inside and get Riley and bring her to me. Michael Oaks laughed and said ”yeah right”! The police came and would not remove the father nor my daughter from the Oaks home and give her back to me. The Overland Police Department were the ones who responded to the child molestation call. I waited mad and confused. Amanda Eaton of Clayton County CPS showed up. She would not come speak to me before she spoke to everyone else. Amanda Eaton told me that either Riley stays with the grandparents or went into foster care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I AM A GOOD, LOVING MOTHER AND I WANT MY BABY BACK!!!!!! We went to court the next day and Sarah Renschen with no right told the judge that she thinks Riley should stay with the grandparents or go to foster care! The judge put her in foster care!! I have moved from that sick mans house! I work daily, I live in a beautiful home with my Aunt and Uncle. My daughter has lost her sense of self. She is  unmotivated, its hard to get her to laugh. She is sluggish and sad!!! I have asked the case worker Heather Graham why she is being kept from me and she tells me I have to ask Sarah Renschen because she does not know.
I ask this woman Sarah Renschen and she tells me that she is worried I’m overwhelmed by what the father did!!!! There are NO charges against me nor is there a reason for any. My daughter is suffering in foster care. She has been molested and she needs me. My Child Has Been Stolen From Me By Clayton Missouri CPS!!!!! I feel Sarah Renschen is a very evil and a ruthless woman with no morals!!! My daughter has been molested and now she is keeping her away from me unjustly. I hurt for my daughter and I am very worried about her safety in CPS captivity!!!!!!! In the best interest of the child; I WANT MY BABY GIRL OUT OF EVIL CPS CARE! I AM HER LOVING MOTHER! RILEY NEEDS TO COME HOME SAFE and ALIVE!!!!!!
